When does my turnaround time begin?

This depends on whether or not you chose to have a proof sent to you. If you chose the proofing method "No Proof, Run As-Is" your turnaround time begins the same BUSINESS DAY (orders after 4:30 P.M. Pacific Standard Time, will begin the NEXT business day), provided the files you submitted are acceptable to process. Running jobs without a proof is faster, but not recommended as it removes ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER on our part. Even if an error occurred while processing, we are not responsible for this, as you have waived your opportunity for a proof. Files with issues will be put on hold and the turnaround time will be reset, to begin from the point the issues are resolved.
